2023 was a tough year for marketing agency space.

Fortunately, our B2B digital marketing business was growing last year.

I don’t think we were just lucky.

Here are 5 things I learned in 2023

1. Know exactly who your target audience is - understand what their problem is

2. Position the service for the specific niches - the offering should solve their specific problem

3. Run the organization efficiently - small team collaboration is more efficient.

4. Talk to your target audience regularly - the best way to understand your market

5. Consistently add value to your audience to build your presence.- e.g., share your knowledge through posts or newsletters.
