Howdy,

I hope everyone had a great Memorial Day weekend (for those in the US).

Speaking of my LinkedIn post, I originally planned to publish it five times a week. I realized the workload was too heavy when writing the post in the first week.

So, I decided to start with three posts a week. It has worked out for me so far.

I have built up a system and habit of writing my posts every week. Here are three takeaways:

Like any creative activity, writing makes me use a different part of my brain. I feel I accomplished something every time I finish the weekly writing quota.

The joy writing brings to me is very different from the one my business activities bring.

Like a workout, I practice my creative writing muscle every time I write. The more I write, the easier I feel.

My takeaways might sound cliches, but I never had this feeling before. So I guess I started to learn something from writing.

What is the creative activity you have done recently?

Please reply to this email and let me know.

My LinkedIn Daily Post

  • My LinkedIn Daily Post — I publish my post at 8:30 am (New York Time) every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. I covered trade show ROI, LinkedIn in China, Branding and lead generation priority, and many other topics in May. You can check here and find topics you like.

👨‍💻 My Pick for Digital Marketing

🧙‍♂️ My Pick for China Digital Marketing

  • LinkedIn to Shut China App — It is sad to see LinkedIn is completely shutting down in China. Depending on your target audience, LinkedIn can still be a valuable platform to reach your audience in China. I mentioned it in my daily post.

🔧 Cool Stuff

  • Bike Outliner — If you like to use bullet points to take notes or write down thoughts, you might find this Mac app useful. I have used it a lot recently.

❤️ My Favorite Thing

  • GrammarlyGO — It is a new AI feature from Grammarly, a grammar-checking tool. It is easy to access when you are typing. Also, it is free.

📚 What I Have Been Watching

  • The Head — A psychological thriller TV show that I found myself watching every night. If you enjoy psychological thrillers, it might be your cup of tea. It is worth watching season 1. But you probably can skip season 2.

Thanks for reading, be grateful, and time to enjoy summer🏄!
