Hey everyone,

It is summertime.

During the summer, I dedicate more time to reviewing my business, improving operations, and adjusting my next 6-month plan.

Why?

Two reasons.

The first is timing.

It is in the middle of the year. Lots of things happened in the past six months.

Now I have more data to review my yearly plan. For me, a plan is just my prediction.

I always need to adjust my plan based on real situations.

The second is seasonality.

B2B industries are generally slower in the summertime.

When business is slower, it is time to improve operations and prepare for the next high season.

Out of curiosity, what is your summer plan for your business?

Please reply and let me know.

🔧 Cool Stuff

  • Ghost Browser — If you frequently make changes via website CMS and need to check the results as a visitor, you will find this browser useful.

❤️ My Favorite Thing

  • Mini Tactile Pro Keyboard — I have been using this mechanic keyboard for a long time. I am delighted with its clicky switch. The downside is it is very loud when you don’t get used to it.😉

📚 What I Have Been Watching

  • Last of the Giants: Wild Fish — I recently watched this National Geographic adventure TV show with my son and wife. It is fun, exciting, and surprisingly educational. I can’t wait to watch season 2.

Thanks for reading, be mindful, and don’t forget to have summer vacation🌴!
