Hey,

Hope you and your family are doing well.

I came back from my China trip earlier this month.

As usual, I tried my best to meet my teammates, clients, partners, and friends there.

Here is one important observation during my stay in Shanghai:

More B2B companies in China have been targeting overseas markets since last year.

Why?

The main reason is the downturn in the Chinese economy.

Generally speaking, they would choose US and EU markets as a priority.

If your service or product can help them grow business in overseas markets…

You might find a new opportunity to grow your business.

What are your thoughts or experiences on this?

Reply to this email and let me know.

🧙‍♂️ My Picks

❤️ My Favorite Thing

  • Yeti Tumbler — It has been my go-to travel mug. I use it at home or outside all the time. Love it!

📚 What I Have Watched

  • 3 Body Problems — I have heard about the novel for a long time, but I didn’t have time to read it. After watching the TV series, I understand why so many people mentioned it before. If you like Sci-Fi, it is definitely worth watching.

Thanks for reading, Be kind, and Enjoy longer daylight☀️!

Why must western companies take Baidu marketing seriously?

Whether for ToB brand exposure, lead generation, industry-influence building, or expansion in cross-border trade, SaaS, industrial equipment, scientific manufacturing, etc., your visibility on Baidu determines whether you can be seen in China. Why the 2026 Chinese Market Competition Requires a Truly Business-Savvy China SEO Agency

In recent years, more and more B2B enterprises are focusing on sustainable customer acquisition rather than relying solely on short-term advertising. However, when companies decide to enter the Chinese market, they often find that SEO in China is not simply about translating a website or inserting keywords. The technical barriers, content ecosystem differences, censorship mechanisms, and data system independence present unique challenges that many overseas marketing teams struggle to navigate.
